Our Story

In the summer of 2011, the seeds of our love story were planted. What began as a friendship between two young souls soon blossomed years later into an unbreakable bond, leading us toward shared dreams and cherished memories.

Despite the distance, our connection thrived. From marathon FaceTime sessions in 2015 to countless miles traveled between Boston and Rhode Island every weekend, each moment spent apart only strengthened our resolve to be together.

Yet fate seemed to test us once more when another separation in 2019 forced us to weather the storm from afar. But as 2020 drew to a close, we found ourselves reunited at last, our hearts overflowing with joy and gratitude.

With just two precious years to call our own, our love story reached new heights in 2022 with the arrival of our beautiful baby boy, completing our little family of three.

Now, as we eagerly anticipate November 8, 2025, we stand on the brink of a new chapter, ready to pledge our love and commitment to each other in the presence of our nearest and dearest. Oh, what a journey it has been, and how eagerly we await the adventures.

Wedding Party

Although non-traditional, I cannot imagine anyone more fitting to stand by my side as my Matron of Honor than my mother. From childhood until this very special moment she has been my teacher, cheerleader, and best friend. She is the one who has shaped me into the woman that I am today through her constant support and guidance. For that, I am eternally grateful.

My dad has always been there through every step of my life providing support, love, and guidance. Whether it was celebrating my achievements, helping me navigate challenges, or simply offering a listening ear. Having him as my best man is an honor and a reflection of the special place he holds in my heart. I am forever grateful for his presence in my life and the love and guidance he continues to give me.

Our memories together stretch back to when I was only two and she was six. From childhood adventures to late-night conversations, she has been a blessing. My sister, my best friend, and my built-in partner in crime.

Jordan and I have been friends since we met in pre school. We’ve shared many laughs, created countless memories, and tough times. I admire his determination and attention to detail. Our friendship is built on genuine love and trust. I am grateful for his friendship and I am appreciative to have him in our wedding.

Ten years of friendship, and she has been the most loyal, selfless, and kindhearted soul. She’s always there to lift me up, make me laugh, and show up in ways that mean everything. I couldn’t be more grateful for her.

Damani and I have been locked in for about 15 years. We didn’t click immediately but once we did we haven’t looked back. I admire his ability to light up a room with infectious good energy. We’ve created countless memories, shared laughs, and even tears. Having him apart of this special day is a must.

What started as a work friendship turned into a sisterhood. She’s like my twin—though somehow, I got stuck with the annoying little sister, even though she’s older. She has been my daily confidant, source of laughter, and constant support. I am so lucky to have her by my side.

Jordan and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. His pure spirit and giving nature is something I admire. I don’t think he has a bad bone in his body. He is someone that motivates me to be a better person. I am appreciative to have him apart of this special day.

Our son Anaz and our nephew Jaiden, two of the most precious boys in our lives, will carry our rings down the aisle. Their love and laughter will make this moment even more special and unforgettable.

If flying internationally or domestically to Houston, the main airport is George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

We recommend staying at The Whitehall Houston, conveniently located just 7.5 miles from the wedding venue.

We are looking to provide a shuttle service to the wedding venue. Please check back for any updates.

We’ve secured a special rate for our guests at this hotel! To access this rate, you must use the booking link provided above. Reservations made directly through the hotel’s website will not qualify for the discounted rate.

We currently have a limited number of rooms blocked at this rate. If you’re unable to book a room through the link, please let us know—we’ll reach out to the hotel to try and secure additional rooms if possible.

The room block is available for stays between November 4 and November 12. If you plan to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please let Asha or Stephen know, and we will contact the hotel to assist with your booking.

This is a black tie event. Please honor our dress code in wearing all-black attire.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

We are so happy to celebrate with you! Due to space limitations, we've only been able to invite those listed when you RSVP. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.

Yes! There is ample parking at The Bell Tower on 34th.

No, your presence is the greatest gift of all! However, if you do wish to gift us anything, please reach out to us personally.

Yes! There will be a delicious buffet, and a full open bar, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Shots are not permitted as per the venue; however, you can order hard liquor neat or on the rocks.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.
